Background

Belinda has been a North Vancouver accountant since 1996 and has successfully built a respectable base of corporate and personal clients. Her accounting experience spans over thirty years and she has provided valued assistance to firms in a variety of industries.

Belinda has training in the fields of management accounting, income tax, computer programming, business development and forensic accounting.

Her corporation, B. Lyons & Company Inc., is a member of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.

Over the years Belinda held a number of volunteer positions in both charitable and professional fields, including CMABC Practice Review and Professional Conduct Enquiry Committees, CPABC Investigation Committee, various Lions Gate Hospital Foundation events, Variety Club Show of Hearts, A Place To Call Home Housing Society, QuickBooks Voice of Advisor Council, and student representative of the BCIT Forensic Studies program. Currently, she is a member of the Public Management Accountant Committee (PMAC) Society and the board of the North Shore Community Resources Society.
